Please fill out this form and e-mail to returns@tg3electronics.com or fax to (262)652-2121. You will then receive this same form back with your Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number which must be included with your returned item(s).

There is a $76 charge for product that is returned and no problem can be found with it or is determined not repairable. Non-warranty repair work is separate from this charge.
