What are the quantity ranges that TG3 will consider?

Depending on the size and complexity of the item, we have created completely custom solutions for as little as 50 piece applications. On the high end, hundreds of thousands of units annually are not a problem.

What timeframe can be expected for custom applications?

This question largely depends on the complexity of a program. If custom molding tools are required, the lead-time can easily extend beyond 10 weeks to first articles. Your TG3 Project Engineer will work with you to establish critical dates. It is not uncommon to supply working electrical samples while waiting for the plastic molds to be completed.

What industries has TG3 built for/delivered to?

Pretty much all of them. Point of Sale, Medical, Industrial, Mobile Data Terminals, Ruggedized Computer, Specialty Computer, Military, Gaming, Telecommunications, Financial, Aerospace.

What regulatory approvals does TG3 have the ability to manufacture to?

Again, pretty much all of them. UL, FCC, CE. In addition we have NEMA and MIL SPEC rated products as well.

What is TG3's standard warranty?

The standard warranty offered by TG3 covers defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from date of manufacture.

Does TG3 accept scheduled releases?

Yes. In fact, we encourage it. This allows for customers to take advantage of economies of scale and at the same time allows for better production management on our end. TG3 accepts scheduled releases for as few as 250 piece orders.
