Our mechanical engineers will take your requirements - verbal or fully specified - and turn them into reality. Custom metal, plastics, and elastomers go into most of our products. Engineered resins, complex in-mold decorating, and multi-shot tooling are well within our expertise. We work closely with the customer to find the solution that best fits the design requirements, tooling budgets, and unit costs. Our designs go through comprehensive Design Verification Testing and all designs are Designed for Manufacturing. We currently have the ability to design using both Solidworks and Pro Engineer software.

Our vast experience allows our customers to take advantage of our libraries of tried, tested, and proven code. Completely custom protocols - wired or wireless - are also no problem. ESD/EMI are considered for all designs. Component requirements, costs, and availability are all taken into consideration for our Design for Manfacturing. 

Our printed circuit board layout group use the latest Altium PCB software which allows complete real-time integration of the PCB with our mechanical 3D CAD. Our PCB layouts take into consideration complex issues like ESD, RF interference and trace inductance.

We have in-house lab facilities to do comprehensive design verification testing. These test include accelerated life cycle testing, abrasion testing, thermal cycling, ESD testing, and NEMA-type tests. We do a comprehensive analysis of your requirements and design tests to prove that we will meet and exceed your expectations.
